KWPN approved Hernandez TN takes victory for four-year-olds Jumping Etten-Leur

Jumping Etten-Leur is traditionally one of the largest and most prominent young horse competitions in the Netherlands and last weekend Hernandez TN, auctioned on Prinsjesdag, won one of the main competitions. The competition for four-year-olds on Saturday afternoon is always one of the highlights of Jumping Etten-Leur and it is precisely here that the KWPN-approved Hernandez TN (Kannan x Numero Uno) triumphed.

The Hernandez TN, auctioned in 2012, under the saddle of Team Nijhof stable rider Zoï Snels, earned a whopping 8.5 for jumping and rideability. The breeding product of Willem Dekker – coincidentally also a member of the Prinsjesdag board – was the winner of the strong field of four-year-olds.

“Hernandez TN has always given me an extra feeling. The feeling that you have a machine up your ass and it really is! Hernandez still needs to get stronger but I think he'll have everything in the house soon. Including a top character!”, said show jumping rider Zoï Snels about the Kannan son.

Cumano foal out of Parabel born at Jos Lansink

The first embryo sold through Embryoauction.com last year is born! Proud owner Jos Lansink from Belgium sent pictures of this promising colt by World Champion Cumano out of the successful Grand Prix jumping mare Parabel.

Under Jos Lansink himself, Cumano jumped to the world title at the World Equestrian Games in Aachen 2006. Thanks to the new ICSI technique, despite the moderate fertilizing capacity, Cumano foals are still born and this colt auctioned via Embryoauction.com is one of them! Dam Parabel is not just any mare either; under Mareille van Geel-Schröder, this Animo daughter finished in second place in 2006 in the prestigious Grand Prix of Jumping Amsterdam.

Zoï Snels praises the former topper This Lux in De Paardkrant

The talented stable rider of Team Nijhof Zoï Snels is full of praise in an interview in De Paardenkrant about the This Lux, which was auctioned at Foal Auction Prinsjesdag. “This Lux has brought me to the level I had when I went to Nijhof”, says Zoï Snels in this week's De Paardenkrant.
