Prinsjesdag references prove themselves in sports

Every week horses that have changed hands through Foal Auction Prinsjesdag prove that the motto 'the power of performance' is the right one. Prinsjesdag references come up time and again at national and international show jumping and dressage competitions. Gaudi Vita and Joyce Heuitink took bronze in the Dutch National Championships Small Tour and Gintura, Imerald and Feeling Luckey jumped into the spotlight.

Ruben Romp is doing well with the Zirocco Blue VDL daughter Gintura (ds.Corland). With this mare, bred by the Toonders family, he finished second and ninth in 1.35m classes at CSI2* Tubbergen. Karim El Zoghby won two prizes at CSI3* Redefin with the Bustique offspring Feeling Luckey (ds.Krunch de Brêve). In the 1.40m they jumped clear to fourth place, after they had already finished seventh in the 1.35m. In Wiener-Neustadt, Imerald (Emerald x Darco) under Maximilian Schmid made a name for himself by winning no fewer than four international Youngster Tour classes. In addition, they once again finished third in the 1.30m for six-year-olds.

Dutch Championship Dressage
During the Dutch Dressage Championships, Gaudi Vita (Apache x Welt Hit II, breeder: Heleen Broos) played a leading role, who won a handsome bronze with Joyce Heuitink in the championship of the Small Tour. Denise Nekeman and Boston STH (Johnson x Quattro B, breeder Jan Temmink) also showed nice rides. With a score of more than 70% twice, they reached eleventh place in the final of the Heavy Tour. Finally, Zoë Kuintjes and the Prinsjesdag reference Primeval Brittsion (Sir Donnerhall x Krack C, breeder Dirk van der Oord) finished sixth at the Dutch Championships for Young Riders.
