Prinsjesdag auction: everything you need for the global top

PRESS RELEASE, 16 SEPTEMBER 2011

Friesian super foal lards elite collection NVP

A very special foal has been added to the elite collection of the National Foal Auction Prinsjesdag at the last minute. It concerns the very promising Frisian colt Jaitse Ven, a beautiful black pearl as a change from the exclusive collection of riding horse foals.

Jaitse Ven is a son of the performance champion of 2008 Stendert 447. Like his sire, Jaitse Ven stems from a very strong dam line. Dam Imkje van de Heikant (Sytse 385 x Fetse 349 x Reitse 272) has distinguished herself with the coveted star predicate in the Friesian horse world. The same applies to the entire dam line that appears on the paper of Jaitse Ven. This creates what Friesian breeders reverently call 'a full paper'.

Jaitse Ven lards a collection of top foals that genetically have everything for the global top of sport and breeding. The very best jumping and dressage foals, bred from the most prominent bloodlines.

Pregnancy Statement

Very special are the six pregnancies that will be sold on Tuesday 20 September with a recent pregnancy statement. Among them a fruit of the Grand Prix stallion Untouchable and the Indoctro mare Barbera ster. She is the daughter of none other than the elite pref perst sport-jump mare Herarda, the number four in the KWPN jumping index and mother of the number one in that index, Willemijn. Herarda herself made an international career under the saddle of Marc Houtzager.
