Foal Auction Prinsjesdag had many successes at this year’s KWPN Stallion Show in Den Bosch. In the jumping direction, Prinsjesdag got O’Neil vd Bisschop invited for the KWPN Performance Test. O’Neil vd Bisschop was bred by family De Craene and owned by Ben van Mierlo.
O’Neil vd Bisschop (Diamant de Semilly x Ogano Sitte) showed off his jumping talents in Den Bosch; O’Neil has a great take off, a lot of scope and he seems to be very careful. His damline is highly interesting as well: his dam Jade vd Bisschop already performs at international 1,40m-level and she is a daughter of the Grannus-mare Priscilla. This mare stood at the basis of famous international showjumpers like Holland van den Bisschop (Remco Been), Estina (Samantha McIntosh) and the approved stallions Dulf van den Bisschop, Arizona and Maestro van den Bisschop.
In the Blom Stallion Competition there was also great success for Foal Auction Prinsjesdag. With the 4-year-old stallion, the highly talented Hernandez TN (Kannan x Numero Uno, breeder Willem Dekker) jumped fantastic again and finished 5th in the standings of the competition. Highlander (Numero Uno x Vingino, breeder M.A.M. Lamers-Couwenberg) had a wonderful performance as well and jumped a clear round in the finals.
Ridden by Kristian Houwen, the highly talented Edinburgh (Vleut x Darco, breeders G. Lindeboom and E.J. Meijer) jumped fantastic in the prestigious 1,40m VHO Trophy. In the jump-off, the only 8-year-old showed off his potential again and finished third.
