Cumano-foal out of Grand Prix showjumper Parabel born at Jos Lansink Stables

The first embryo that was sold through last year, was born this week! Proud owner Jos Lansink from Belgium sent some pictures of this promising colt by World Champion Cumano out of the successful Grand Prix showjumper Parabel.

Ridden by Jos Lansink himself, Cumano became World Champion at the World Equestrian Games in Aachen 2006. Thanks to the new ICSI technique, a few foals of Cumano are born each year, despite his poor fertility. And this colt, sold through, is one of Cumano’s rare foals! Dam Parabel is also not just a mare; ridden by Mareille van Geel-Schröder the daughter of Animo finished second in the prestigious Grand Prix of Jumping Amsterdam in 2006.
