Champion KWPN Stallion Show Jameson RS2 sold at Foal Auction Prinsjesdag

Foal Auction Prinsjesdag and the RS2 Dressage Center have had great successes over the last year at the KWPN Stallion Show and National Mare Show. Last summer, Iveniz Texel became the Dutch mare champion and she was bought by RS2 Dressage at Foal Auction Prinsjesdag. At the KWPN Stallion Show last Saturday, Jameson RS2 became the champion and he was bought by RS2 Dressage as an embryo at Foal Auction Prinsjesdag!

The fantastic story of Jameson RS2 (Blue Hors Zack x Negro), bred by Stal 104 of Willeke Bos, all started at Foal Auction Prinsjesdag in 2013. The still unborn Jameson got sold as an embryo and bought by Robin van Lierop and Seth Boschman of RS2 Dressage. “We knew his dam very well, so we dared to take the risk”, Van Lierop states. Jameson was bred out of the successful mare Atilinda M, who performed up to Small Tour level and is now prepared for Grand Prix level.

Jameson’s sire Blue Hors Zack was also the KWPN Champion back in his days and he is a son of the foundation sire Rousseau – sold at Foal Auction Prinsjesdag back in the ‘90s. Bert Rutten, chairman of the KWPN-commission, states about Jameson. “He has a fantastic canter, a great gear, self-carriage and balance.”

Foal Auction Prinsjesdag congratulates breeder Willeke Bos of Stal 104 and owners Saskia & Jacques Lemmens, Robin van Lierop and Seth Boschman of RS2 Dressage Center!
